I looked into this software before and it is great except for one catch:

The SplendidCRM Open-Source Edition includes the C# and ASP.NET source code, but it does not include the source
code for the SQL Functions, Procedures or Views.

I'm really impressed by the application. Unfortunately, we only have the read-only permission of the source code.

Well, if that is the case doesn't that make this a bit impossible to use? You have no way of building the database structures you'd need to work with the application.

I must be missing something ... does it come with a database? If so, what is the issue, (easy enough to export the schema), and if not how can it run? Unless of course they provide a database but encrypt everything!

when it comes time to customize the html output of this, what kind of files do you end up digging through??

do you know how accessible the html/css/etc code is for this kind of software package?
